We specialize in private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, and more. We believe that alternative investments play a key role in diversifying a portfolio by offering income generation, non-correlation to the stock market, lower volatility, and potential tax benefits.

Meet the Team
Andrew C. Goldberg
Managing Principal
Andrew is the Managing Partner of Cornerstone Alternatives. Andrew is a seasoned investor who has himself been investing in alternative investments since 2014. He is the co-founder of an emerging alternative investment tracker, and enjoys serving the alternative investment community through his involvement in a popular alternative investment group. Andrew also has experience in the intellectual property and IT sectors, spearheading numerous data-driven initiatives, including those in AI and machine learning. Residing in South Carolina with his wife and son, Andrew finds joy in coaching his son's sports teams.
Martin Bublitz
Investment Advisor and CCO
Martin is the Chief Compliance Officer and a licensed Investment Advisor at Cornerstone Alternatives. Martin has been involved with alternative investments since 2010 starting with property tax liens and non-directional options strategies. He has invested in real estate, private equity, private debt, and secondaries funds. Martin has held several management and consulting positions with Fortune 500 companies over 30 years. He lives in Washington state with his wife where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching their three children launch into adulthood.
Jeff Cooper
Investment Advisor
Jeff is an Investment Adviser Representative with Cornerstone Alternatives. He holds a degree in finance and began his professional career in 1996 as an attorney specializing in private equity, M&A, and financing. In 2004, Jeff returned to Michigan with his wife and two daughters to work in the legal & compliance area for a large public company. Over the years, Jeff has gained significant experience through personal investments in various alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and litigation finance. He enjoys traveling, sailing, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
Dan Rudolph
Head of Operations
Dan is the Head of Operations at Cornerstone Alternatives. Dan has been investing in alternative investments since 2016 and serves as a staff member of a large alternative investment group. He has decades of operations experience working for Hewlett-Packard in various R&D, engineering, and management roles. He and his wife own and operate a small vineyard in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley. In his spare time he enjoys travel, the outdoors, and chasing his grandkids.
